Adult Day Care Services: Donate

If you would like to make a monetary donation, please mail your check to the attention of Lisa West, Scheben Care Center - 31 Spiral Drive, Florence, Ky 41042. If you have any questions or would like to donate via credit card over the phone, contact Lisa West at 859-525-1128, ext. 239 or email her at lwest@schebencarecenter.org   All donations are tax deductible to the extent of the allowable amount.

If you wish to donate gift cards (WalMart, restaurants, etc), supplies and/or items to be used for and by the individuals we provide services for in the Adult Day Care, please contact Lisa West at 859-525-1128, ext. 239 or email her at lwest@schebencarecenter.org Gift in kind donation forms will be provided for all items donated.
